Photoshop stack. Above RGB layer we placed blurred layer in screen mode that makes subtle glow over the table. RGB + desaturate + highpass layer sharpens image a little bit. Then we placed reflection and refraction layers, above them goes vignette. Curves layer enhances midtones and increases contrast. The next layer desaturates (-13%) image, the last layer makes a subtle shift from blueish to yellow tint, to make image warmer.
