V-Ray for Cinema 4D - randomize textures for extra realism

YT 2021-12-09 14:45 tutorial  > Cinema 4D  > modeling

Learn how you can add natural variety to your scenes and achieve extra realism.

In this tutorial we'll be using the V-Ray UVW Randomizer, combined with a V-Ray MultiSub texture and Stochastic tiling. You’ll see how you can play with different settings to remove repetitive patterns and get the desired look, blend tile edges and more. The VRayMultiSubTex texture distributes multiple textures to many objects via one single material based on specified IDs or a random distribution.
