This Bright Vintage Loft scene was made by Robert Filipowicz from Evermotion for Archinteriors for Unreal Engine vol. 4.
Initially this interior was prepared for 3ds Max and V-Ray and appeared first in Archinteriors vol. 48 collection. This space is interesting, it's design lays between vintage and industrial style and we wanted to recreate this wonderful soft lighting in game engine. So we decided to make Unreal Engine 4 version. and here it is.
First, the screenshots:
The scene in Unreal Engine viewport
If we zoom out we see that the building is standing on a plane and is surrounded by 2d building texture mapped onto a sphere.
This how the textured sphere mesh looks like.

Buildings texture settings
Material settings. It is an instance of Base unlit material
Base material is pretty simple. It has Float, u and v nodes so we can change mapping scale on any stage.
The building - we placed correct models and lighting on the second floor. Two floors below are empty and their meshes have very low lightmap settings, so they do not steal our lightmaps baking time.
Building - a closer look
The room is messy, there are even decorations made of old doors
Doors and uv map. All models were made and unwrapped in 3ds Max, then imported into Unreal Engine.
Mirror and reflection capture sphere in front of it.
Mirror mesh and material - all materials were made in Substance Painter.

We placed Light Portals in windows to accelerate building light maps.
