The last two years have brought many fears and limitations to our private and professional lives. The pandemic has affected our lives and forced us to verify our priorities which we used to follow, but also gave us new opportunities. It has showed to our bosses that remote work is possible, improved our life balance and brought us closer to what is most important to us. Whilst working from home, a greater control over us has been taken over by our children, not the boss, for most of the time. Everyone, who has a seven-year-old son at home, knows about the interrupting possibilities of the children who can easily get us out of a very important meeting, especially when they say: „Mom, I'm back!
