V-Ray tutorial by Jonas Noel.

In this tutorial Jonas Noell will go through the most important features of the new V-Ray 5.2 | V-Ray 5 Update 2.

He will take a look at several new or updated features, such as:

  • the new Cosmos Material Importer,
  • the overall improved performance,
  • sharpening and blurring in VFB2,
  • the new V-Ray Decal Tool,
  • various updates for VRayLights and Instancer, as well als full USD Scene Support,
  • Improved Override Material,
  • Displacement Blending and Creases,
  • updated VRayDirt and much more!

After watching this tutorial you will have a good idea what are the main new features and how to use them. Jonas is using 3ds Max and V-Ray 5.2 or Update 2 in this demo and you would require the same version in order to follow this tutorial!
