This scene comes from Archexteriors vol. 34 collection. It depicts modern house near sunny shore in sub-tropical region. The scene can be purchased here. The whole Archexteriors vol. 34 collection can be found here.
This is final render, straight out of frame buffer. the scene was created in 3ds Max and rendered with V-Ray. It comes with two versions: one including V-Ray Proxies and the second based on ForestPack scattering.

The scene consists of many elements: ground plane, main building, scattered trees behind the camera (far right), small bushes in front of the building, some rocks and stones, two additional buildings in the background.
