I am thinking about machanical tree of life.

i am gonna add some sketches tomorrow.
My idea is mechanic tree of life + shiny lights like tron (i want to try bokeh effects) + gigantic mechanic parts maybe some matrix style things, we will see

I created a material like tron's grid. now i can use this material system to test my texture designs.

It looks very interesting. Is it a final composition in your concept ? Can`t wait to see how you`ll model the tree.
