The most optimal PC build to work with 3DSMax

Hello guyd. I am going to build a new powerful PC in a range 0f 2000-2500$. Will it be enough to build the powerful PC to work with 3DSmax and to make quality renderings? What can you recommend?

Quality does not depend. The time it takes to render depends on your computer settings.
