Make Ragdoll simulation using the MassFX engine. 

You can use this technique with a 3d scanned model of your actor to achieve some very interesting ragdoll effects for film and VFX. To start your Ragdoll in Sleeping mode you have to select each bone and set them to Start In Sleeping mode using the MassFX Tools options. You can download the OBJ of the body used in this tutorial here.
