TipOfTheWeek: Creating realistic cliffs in 3dsmax

TipOfTheWeek: Creating realistic cliffs in 3dsmax

Evermotion 2012-10-30 15:09 tutorial  > 3ds MAX  > modeling

In this tutorial you will learn how to create models of realistic cliffs using 3Dsmax and then how to convert these cliffs into displacement map and prepare appropriate shader. This technique can easily reduce the time of creating large scenes filled with rocks rather than modeling each part separately. By using vray displacement modifier you achieve fast, nice and clean image.
