Creating an old street exterior scene in 3ds Max and V-Ray.

This scene comes from Archexterios vol. 36 - a collection of ten restaurant exterior scenes for 3ds Max an V-Ray.

AE36_001

Final rendered scene - an old town street with restaurant front and small tea garden. Warm colors are achieved by sun and sky system (sun is in low position).

slice1_34

This scene is lit by Vray light - settings on the right. As you can see, we didn't model the whole buildings, just the front elevations with all needed details.

The right wall consists of various elements grouped together - windows, frames, balcony, etc.
