The villa is located in Kordan. The primary question driving this project was how to position the villa's mass on the sloped terrain. Additionally, the spatial diagram of the villa sought to engage in a dialogue with Adolf Loos and the concept of "Raumplan" to achieve a new typology of programmatic fluidity layered within the villa. Loos, in his designs, avoided traditional flat plans and instead defined spaces three-dimensionally across varying levels, leading to the creation of complex and dynamic interior spaces. In this project, various volumes positioned at different heights are interconnected by corridors and suspended bridges, symbolizing the dialogue with Loos' "Raumplan." Each of these volumes defines interior spaces in a way that introduces diversity and dynamism into the design. The use of simple, natural materials like raw concrete reflects the influence of Loos' minimalist architecture. This design not only focuses on visual aesthetics but also emphasizes the villa's interaction with Kordan's natural environment. Continuing this strategy, the villa touches the sloped ground, dedicating part of its public program to it.
