TYPOLOGY: Interior | Exterior STATUS: Completed LOCATION: USA CLIENT: Pivot Design Architecture VISUALIZATION: Omegarender COMPLETITION TIME: 3 weeks Seventh&Franklin is our new 3D residential visualization project. It was rendered for Pivot Design Architecture, based in Oregon, USA. The complex consists of three residences and represents all of the elements of luxury living, such as modern architecture, an elegant interior design, total privacy, and a prime downtown location. The task was to visualize both the interior and exterior in a way that picturesquely conveys the atmosphere of the location and illustrates all of the design decisions. At Omegarender, we often receive orders for interiors designed in neoclassic and eclectic styles. What is praiseworthy about this project is the complete sense of understated elegance.
