I was always been fascinated with isolated houses especially ones surrounded by greenery so when I saw this house on Archdaily I knew I want to make it. I started modeling the house exterior from the plans photo-references with the usual poly-modeling Technics, the shape of the house turned to be a little bit of a challenge than I thought it was. after finishing the house exterior I started modeling some interior props since I decided to make two sets of images, interior, and exterior. I used some 3d models from the web but i re-textured it all. the whole house exterior and interior was textured in V-ray Next inside 3ds Max. With the interior being done I jumped into the vegetation and started modeling some trees using SpeedTree and textured them using some photo-scanned bark textures from David Chumilla pack on Gumroad. As for the grass, there was some use of Quixel Megascans mixed with models I made and all were scattered of course using itoo Forest Pack.
