Exterior rendering WIP

I am always frustrated cause I don't have any exclusive render in my portfolio. So I am thinking about having a very good render. Here is a WIP of the project. It's an exterior work. The drawing was collected from internet. I am confused about material combination. If anyone can give me suggestion about materials & environment setup it will be a great help... thanks
