Midnight Alley

As the night comes the once busy alley becomes vacant. The rain chased home the habitants of the city in a hurry leaving the alley covered in remnants of the busy daytime. As the rain calms down an eerie serenity drops on the abandoned alley. In this project I tried to capture the eerie mood of a city abandoned in the cloak of the night. 0. Clay render 1. - 3. Modelling in SketchUp 4. Texturing in Sketchup and preparing for 3ds Max import 5. adjusting the imported model in 3ds Max 6. Texturing and lighting 7. Raw final render 8. Color and levels corection in Photoshop 9. Final image Software used: SketchUp for modelling 3ds Max and Vray for rendering Adobe Photoshop for postproduction. Most of the assets were modelled by me in Sketchup some were downloaded from the Sketchup 3DWarehouse and then edited.
