This project begins with a clear premise: to revalue the taco experience as a daily ritual through space. The taquería is conceived as a sober volume of brick and concrete, where materiality is not ornament but a language that conveys authenticity and permanence. The façade, defined by a brick surface articulated with rhythm and texture, acts as a filter of light and shadow, creating a recognizable identity towards the street. The central entrance emphasizes the idea of a threshold, inviting guests to discover an interior where the open kitchen becomes the core of the project: a place where the culinary process is displayed and shared. Light wood furnishings bring warmth and balance against the solidity of the stone-like materials, while vegetation introduced through patios and interior details adds freshness and contrast to an essentially urban setting. Even the restrooms were designed with character: finishes in green tile and dark marble provide a distinctive touch, transforming a functional space into one with deliberate experience. More than a commercial venue, this taquería seeks to establish itself as an urban meeting point where Mexican culinary tradition and contemporary architecture engage in dialogue within the same space. web page: https://www.imaginark.org/ behance: https://www.behance.net/IMAGINARK cgarchitect: https://www.cgarchitect.com/members/arquitecto-bejarano instagram: https://www.instagram.com/imaginark.mx?utm_source=qr&igsh=MXQ3cXJuN215aGRxZA==
