Set on a narrow 6 by 20-meter lot, Casa Buganvilias was born from the desire to create an intimate, functional home full of quiet moments and gentle beauty. Its name is no coincidence—the bougainvillea appears in small, unexpected corners like the patio and the bathroom, reminding us that nature belongs not just outside, but within the rhythms of daily life. The façade is clean and contemporary, protected by a concrete lattice that filters light and casts shifting shadows. More than a privacy screen, it gives the house a subtle rhythm that interacts gracefully with its surroundings and landscape. With two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living area, and TV room, the layout is precise and intentional. Each space flows naturally into the next, making the most of light, ventilation, and visual connection to create a calm and cohesive experience.
