Hello all, This is our latest animation project, this time for the real estate developer Selvaag Bolig and their spectacular project called "Signaturen". With its 13 floors it literally stands out from the typical residential projects in Norway, not to mention its proximity to the water. These qualities make for an interesting starting point for an animation project. Since we had a lot of creative freedom in this project, our idea was to try out a new camera direction with a continous path-driven track. To add to the dynamics of the animation we added some speed-ups along the trajectory and timed them with the music track. The natural lighting is image-based with an modified HDRI. The wake after the boat is made with RealFlow and the people are slightly modified Axyz people with some mocap data applied. As always we used 3DS Max and Vray for 3D work and After Effects with Magic Bullet Looks, ReelSmart MotionBlur and VideoCopilot's Optical Flares for the postwork and motion graphics.
