Visualization of new housing project in Oslo

Hi all! Here's a new project we just finished. Two-story duplexes with a main apartment stretched over two floors with nice rooftop-terrace as well as a rental unit in the basement. Software used was 3DS Max, Vray, Magic Bullet Looks. Models are from EverMotion, DesignConnected, ModelPlusModel and 3Dsky mostly with custom materials. Depth of field in the interiors was rendered in the VrayCamera. The ligthing is based on a vraylightDome with an HDRI as well as IES based photometric downlights in the ceiling. The view is a plane with a lightmaterial to catch some nice spec-highlights and also bokeh on the moodshots. We threw in an extra moodshot of the livingroom cause we couldn't decide which one we liked the most :) Hope you guys like them! 142405 142412 142411 142408 142407 142410 142409 142406 142414 142413 142415 ----- www.oxivisuals.no www.facebook.com/oxivisuals
