Veras 5.3 Adds Node-Based Workflows: Parametric Control Comes to AI Rendering

Veras 5.3 introduces NODES, a visual workflow builder now in Beta that lets users generate parametric geometry and bake it directly into Revit, Rhino, or SketchUp. The system shifts Veras from rendering-first to a full generative design platform with interactive design tools.

this was the first shot where we used Vray Next and 3ds max 2019 in production. After extensive testing, we took the leap and ran it on this job. It went smoothly and with the minimum of fuss. The tools we use are allowing us to create simpler, more reliable lighting setups and shaders while still maintaining the same level of creativity and flare.

Software: 3ds max 2019, Vray Next, Photoshop CC. We aim to do as little work in post production as possible. This keeps the creative edge with our 3d artists instead of handing it off. The new lookdev features in Vray Next are really helping with this.
