Artixels has released Resonance, a new VFX plugin for Nuke intended for look dev and abstract effects purposes like for eg. caustics and organic patterns.

Resonance has intuitive control system – you can create effects by dragging elements in a HUD, rather than keying in numerical parameters.

Based on a fully vectorized caustics rendering engine and multiple intuitive user-directed wave emitters, Resonance allows designers to create sophisticated organic visuals.

Resonance 1.0 is available for Nuke 7.0v8+ and Nuke 8.0v1+ on 64-bit Windows 7 and Mac OS X. A single node-locked licence costs $129.
