It was textured in Substance Painter, so each model is unwrapped with unique UVs.

slice9_17

The only light in the scene is provided by Sky Texture in World settings. We desaturated it with Hue / Saturation node.

slice8_17

To increase speed of rendering we placed light portals in windows.

All light portals selected.

slice6_20

Building "exploded" - you can see individual meshes. It's better from texturing perspective to separate surfaces and gain texel density during texturing. This way we get more details on each surface.

slice5_20

Wall (and all other opaque and non-emissive models) uses standard Principled BDSF shader
