This living room is a part of Archinteriors vol. 43 for Blender. It has some elegant armchair and sofa and a couple of carefully modeled and textured assets that make it look a bit retro, although still minimalistic. We used Blender only to create this scene, it is raw render, no post-production at all. the scene was rendered with Cycles render engine.
It is a final render striaght out of Blender.
Wireframe render
That's the view from a camera. We used standard Blender cam with 50 mm FOV and 36mm sensor size.
Texture view enabled - a building and two planes that are used as background.
Background material is a jpg plugged into emission shader. A bit of desaturation was made with saturation Node.
Background bitmap.
There is also an eagle behind the window. The technique we used to place it in the scene was very similar to that we used with background planes. We used emmisive bitmap. this time we need to get rid of a sky surrounding eagle's silhouette, so we used additional image as a mask and mixed two shaders: transparent and opaque using that mask.
Ceiling material
The whole scene consists of four rooms, although only one of them is populated with assets.
On the top of the walls we placed lath.
Another detail was placed on the bottom.
