FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is Evermotion Pass?
Evermotion Pass is a new service that allows you to buy our single models and materials much cheaper (up to four times!). You pay for subscription period once a year and gain access to all our single assets. You can download them for granted credits. After the subscription period expires, the subscription is automatically renewed and a new pool of credits is added to your user account. You can unsubscribe at any time and continue shopping with the current method. Models you download stay in your account forever, no matter if you aquired them with subscription or by normal purchase.
How many models can I download as part of my subscription?
When you subscribe, you get the number of credits specified in the plan. With these credits you buy our models and materials. The average price of a single model in our store is around 12 credits, so for 120 credits you can download around 10 models. However, the final number of the assets you can aquire depends on the type of model. Some models you can get even for a few credits and download dozens of them, while others, such as complete HD cars or scenes, are more expensive.
What products are included in subscription?
If you purchase a subscription, you will gain access to all of Evermotion's individual models, scenes, materials, and selected collections (which don’t include individual assets). Third-party producers products (Humano 3D People), most collections (all which include individual assets), bundles, tutorials and software are not included.
When can i terminate my subscription?
You can terminate your subscription at any time in your Customer Zone (Account Settings). After selecting the option to pause your subscription, your account will not be charged after the period you have already purchased has expired. When a subscription is inactive, the credits that remain in your account will not be available but will not disappear - we keep them in your account for three years after your subscription expires. So you can either spend them before the end of your subscription or access them later when you buy a subscription (any plan) again.
I am a representative of a large company, our revenue is over €1 million per year, can I choose any plan?
No, only the "Enterprise" plan is available for such large companies.
I have run out of credits during my subscription. What to do?
Just buy credits - we offer five packages that will credit your account. This way, you'll still be able to download the models by subscription, which is much cheaper than a traditional purchase. Besides manual credits purchase, the new pool of credits will be added to your account after succesfull payment for the next subscription period.
Can I downgrade to a higher / lower plan?
Yes! If you want to change your subscription plan, you can do it by purchasing a different plan. You can do it even before your current plan expires.
Does this new move means that Evermotion will be subscription-only?
No! Evermotion Pass is the new method that will make purchasing single assets more affordable, but we will also sell our products normally, out of subscription, as before.
Will subscription automatically renew every year?
Yes, it will renew automatically every year. You can cancel it at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your credits will still be active until the end of the billing period.
How do I claim my special offer?
After activating Evermotion Pass for the first time, you will receive an email from us with the details about activating special offers from third party providers.
