SketchUp's Real-Time Rendering Moment: Lumion View, AI Render, and the End of the Export Workflow

SketchUp 2025–2026 has added native PBR materials, AI image generation, and real-time rendering plugins like Lumion View, letting archviz artists produce photorealistic images without leaving the viewport. This collapses the traditional design-to-render pipeline.

I will name it :: SEPARABLE ROOM :: The idea that the earth will be on country with no boundaries and one people speak same language and they able to move everywhere anytime. Each one his personal room of all activities needed for him and this room is separable as it could be separated to move where he needs. This separable room whine move has self controlled and detectors. By this way everyone will be having his everything everywhere he moves (ON ground – UNDER water– IN the air). Not losing time to drive to his work even if so far, just tell the room I need to be there at that time. The room is chargeable, as it can be charged while parking. The parking supplies the room with every needed stuff and gets rid of unneeded. This room considered as the main cell of the big house which is formable as needed. And if someone decided to live away or gets marry he just attaches his room to the other one without lifting a vacant room as nowadays.
