MANOR MILLENIA

A concept of 310 sqm private residence The main feature of the project is the special architectural concrete with imitation of stone. Special additives reduce the porosity of this concrete and make it an eternal material that can possibly last for more than 1000 years, much like the concrete used in the Roman Colosseum (construction date 80 AD) or Pantheon (construction date 126 AD). From this point of view this is the asset that wouldn't go down for several generation of several buyers of this property. This is the ideological core of the project on which all other decisions are strung.
