REGATTA HOMES

3D animation from studio ATAO employing rotoscoping technology to integrate live-action footage of actors into the 3D environment. "Adding a real human touch to the digital architectural visualization world." This involved developing a particular pipeline that marginally increases the final product's cost by approximately 15% compared to scenes without using this pipeline for animated people. The living of this project has big jumbo-sized windows. But the main feature is that bedrooms and bathrooms have blinds/louvers from outside on windows which continues as lines on the facade that envelop the entire building, creating a unified volume.
