THE RED POOL HOUSE

I've always wanted to make a snow scene. Since it's not commom here in Brazil, I've never actually done one myself. Since I'm studying all types of landscapes and biomes, I decided it was time to change that. When I was creating this house, initially I thought I would create a black pool, or a concrete one. But then my associate told me, as kind of a joke, to make the pool blood, livid red. The red pool became the center of everything: the whole house, despite all of it's remarkable nuances, revolved around that bright, saturated red that you just can't stop looking. That's why I decided to call it The Red Pool House. I actually was inspired by the ADIDAS logo to create these 3 aligned walls. It was the first element of the project, I started designing from that on.
