It is a renovation of an existing office building. The concept is to deconstruct the existing building, the only thing that remains is the existing concrete structure. The top 7 floors will be office space. On the first floor there is an entrance to the underground parking on the left and the lobby and service rooms on the right. A restaurant and a gym will be located on the roof. The 3d visualization of the architectural project was made for the architectural bureau A2M.
