nolan villa

"NOLAN villa" is a parametric residential project located in RUSSIA. The base material in this project is concrete due to the location and weather and also the demand of the employer. Two bedrooms and the livingroom are designed with beautiful views of forest and we also designed a multi-purpose room on the top of the ground floor . two floors are connected with inner stairs. The multi-purpose room has the beautiful forest and river view. we have designed a palce near the river with concrete and metal due to demand of the employer with the river and forest view. we divided the ground floor in 4 zone: 1.living room and kitchen 2.two bedrooms 3.one bathroom 3.central zone which connects every zone to each other 4.the entrances ,every zone has natural lighting exepct the bathroom. tools : 3dsmax , vray5 , photoshop 229454 229455 229456 229457 229458 229459 229460 229461 229462 229463 instagram : arashte.designer
