My own design apartment 39M

Hello, Project is 39 square meter apartment to design. Deadline before April. Software 3ds max 2020 I started with homestyler.com but I moved to well known tool. Final render can be with maxwell or internal 3ds max engine like Arnold - I do not decided yet. I post general concept plan from top. Next update will be walls modeling as homestyler does allowed me to build details. I need to re-model whole in 3ds max. 216801 Stayed tuned
