Bay Apartments in Sarasota, Florida - Unreal Engine 4 Archviz

Hey everyone! Here is an archviz project done in collaboration with Imerza. Skyline team was responsible for preparing archviz scenes of a total of 12 different apartment layouts and amenity spaces in Unreal Engine 4 for VR. Apartment animation recorded in Unreal Engine 4 in 4k 60FPS with ray tracing technology used for reflections, translucency and soft shadows from few spot lights. GI baked.
