Apartment residence 3D visualization for RE developer

Creating 3D visualizations we wanted to enhance the value of modern architecture located close to nature. The customer asked us to design the garden on the terrace. Supporting the agenda of property sales we have created visuals that are giving the sense of a happy life without being “too plastic”. We used a drone photo to montage 3D render houses. Being inspired by the project just for fun we’ve played with light and sky on several photos to crate mood pictures that actually make the architecture look bold and dynamic. 202246 202247 202248 202249 202250 202250 202250 202252 202253 https://yellow.ee/portfolio-item/riga-real-estate-3d-visualization/
