In anticipation of a miracle

This project was inspired by a Christmas atmosphere and the lovely new fashion of floral chandeliers. I think attaining a balance of tradition, perception and modern currents was the most difficult aspect for me. As a base I used 3 colours: red, green and warm yellow, which are classically associated with Christmas. Thoughtful light immediately set the atmosphere. Through the choice of materials the restriction of fantasy was no longer necessary. As a result two big pieces of branch hang in the air on thin cables. They are the framework for all other elements. The wood is connected by a garland whilst the wood stands connected to a straight line. Rhythmically repeating light bulbs contrast with the smooth bending in the trees and the prickly chaos of pine branches and pampas grass. From the technical point of view, I modeled and textured all decor in this scene. Used 3dsMax, Vray, Photoshop and GrowFX.
