Mood Board - Secret Garden Challenge 2016

Here we go! - With some delay in getting this started I have finally put together my ideas on a mood board. I tend to mull over the topic and go through various ideas until I fix one cohesive theme and idea. So I have taken inspiration from how the built environment can be used by how people and communities create their own spaces within the architectural form of buildings despite the original purpose being fro something else. The images in my mood board have show my inspiration on this topic, Iwan Ban the photographer who took a series of photos of the Torre David in Caracas City shows this idea in action. I would also like to play with scale in the composition of the view possibly..to gain depth and atmosphere within the garden space. And the idea of 'Guerilla' Gardening is a strong referene to this topic of how people design around the built environment. e.g plants in the skip image. Anyway..now onto modelling and setting out the scene...good luck all!
