Clarksville Commons - Town Center

We were commissioned to generate an image for this 40,000 sq.ft. Towncenter. It will consist of retail, office, restaurants, and community happenings. The vision for Clarksville Commons includes a strong commitment to the environment. They want to make a bold statement with using sustainable and renewable energy, reuse of storm water, and limiting runoff. They want to introduce this site as a "green" project The project was modeled using SketchUp, 3DS Max and Revit. Rendered using Corona 1.3.
