SketchUp's Real-Time Rendering Moment: Lumion View, AI Render, and the End of the Export Workflow

SketchUp 2025–2026 has added native PBR materials, AI image generation, and real-time rendering plugins like Lumion View, letting archviz artists produce photorealistic images without leaving the viewport. This collapses the traditional design-to-render pipeline.

Sarmiento Museum - Paraná Delta [Argentina]

Hi everybody, This is an inside office project, we aim to build a detailed scene recreating a historic monument. Software: SketchUp + Skatter + Vray + Photoshop + NIK Software The Sarmiento House is a National Historic Monument in the northern suburb of Tigre, Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was the former residence from 1855 until his death in 1888 of Domingo Sarmiento, the 7th President of Argentina. It was declared a National Historic Monument in 1966 and is now a museum. A preserved house in a crystal cage. The set tries to inspire a nostalgic atmosphere that in contrast with the glass envelope it pretends to intrigue the viewer. http://labvisualizacion.com/ https://www.facebook.com/lab.visualizacion/ http://imgur.com/a/0jtt4 159572 159580 159579 159578 159577 159576 159575 159574 159573 159581 Comments, critics and questions are welcome!
