Whola Lotta Loft! - EVERMOTION Challenge 2015_FINAL ENTRY.

Dear Judges, This is my Final Work. This is the loft I would like to live in. :D This was an empty shell of an existing loft with full of pre-cast concrete walls, full glazed windows on each side & full of beautiful exposed raw steel structure in the ceiling space. My design concept for the loft is to re-create an empty space not only that is comfortable to live in but also great for entertaining, safe & secure, relaxing & a space for working as well. The style of interior I chose is to have a nice modern open space with a blend of luxury, rustic, classic taste & also low maintenance. Space planning can produce a finished interior that feels larger & performs more efficiently. I want an interior that will suit most lifestyles & a theme that you will never get tired looking at it. The space relationship between each room in this loft interior is designed at the right size for people to move around smoothly & as people move from one room to another, every room is designed to make the most sense to be near each other. Such as the dining room is near the kitchen & the living room is just next to the dining room where you can get to your comfortable seating immediately nearby as well & a workspace is just next to the living room with a space for some music & a magnificent view of Paris.. Software used: Archicad, Vray for C4D, Photoshop & a very slow & humble computer... Some 3D objects are from Archibase. Thank you Evermotion for giving me the opportunity to be part of the competition! :) 154286
