SketchUp's Real-Time Rendering Moment: Lumion View, AI Render, and the End of the Export Workflow

SketchUp 2025–2026 has added native PBR materials, AI image generation, and real-time rendering plugins like Lumion View, letting archviz artists produce photorealistic images without leaving the viewport. This collapses the traditional design-to-render pipeline.

Whola Lotta Loft! - Challenge 2015

Hi! So, I decided to give this a shot back in early December, but didn't have the time for it until now. Still att the koncept stage, just cranking out a bunch of assets. Going for a modern rustic theme, possibly with a hint of sci-fi :) Planning to model and render in Modo while at the same time making most of the assets ready for UE 4. Other than that I'll use Quixel and Photoshop for texturing and ZBrush and xNormal for high poly modeling and baking. Good luck everyone!
