My idea!

Hello guys! I´m from Rio, Brazil. My first idea is to have an old colonial townhouse turned into a residencial loft! Some reference images. Here in Downtown we have many of the same colonial style building transformed into shops and restaurants. See the link below a stray example: https://www.google.com.br/maps/@-22.9040624,-43.1834095,3a,75y,199.49h,87.26t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sDt2XfNg70KvagmKilV7eMA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?hl=pt-BR Here some references: 147862147863147864147864147865
