Character Design

Hi, I'm not sure if this can be done, but I was wondering if anyone on here could help... I would love to have one of you talented graphic designers create a realistic 3D image of this character. Unfortunately its the only angle I have of him in a picture. I'm currently writing a story for fun and I would love him to come to life more. Thanks for taking the time to read this. :) 140127
