Each time I render I get different Result !

Hello there so i set up this scene 138008 the scene should look like the picture above how ever each time i click render (and without changing anything not ever camera position) i get different resualt. The only thing that change is the floor. here is an example (this time i moved the camera i was trying to take the space from another corner. 138009 I am using 3ds max 2015 with vray 3.00.0.7 This is the first time such thing happen with me totally new to 3ds max and to vray. i searched a lot before i post here but i dont know the name of the problem so i can search more.
