Summer Scorched City

I do not have the nicest impression of the summer in the city. Dusty and suffocating. Some staggering heat radiating from endless concrete surfaces. Therefore, I aim to show some kind of the post-apo city scorched by everlasting days of summer. Abandoned buildings, train cars derailed from a collapsed highline and some extra spices. Maybe also some fabrics slung around the web of ropes spanning opposite buildings and casting the multiple layers of shadows onto the street level (some sort of Arabic impression). I'll try to develop it further and gather some references.
