I have got the error in Max plz solve

i am using Max 2009 v-ray 2.0. If i choose material in my local location it's automatically shown" An error has occured the application will close now. Do u want to attempt to save a copy of the current scene?" it's one f the window. Then "The scene has been saved desktop/ newprojects/123recover .max the application will now close" How i can solve this help friends Here how can i post my screen shot picture.....
