Need help in Modeling

122899Hello my name is Adnan. i used 3d's max for modeling. i'm working in a project in which i have to model a road interchange. but i am facing problem in modeling the road interchange from where the road is divided in to new road. as i mentioned in attachment. plz guide me. i will i complete it. i have itoo soft rail clone plugin but i doesnot support T and U junction on splines.
