SketchUp's Real-Time Rendering Moment: Lumion View, AI Render, and the End of the Export Workflow

SketchUp 2025–2026 has added native PBR materials, AI image generation, and real-time rendering plugins like Lumion View, letting archviz artists produce photorealistic images without leaving the viewport. This collapses the traditional design-to-render pipeline.

Norwegian Cottage

This is our last personal work. Our approach in this project as visualizers was to create images that would tell a story. We imagined the houses surrounded by nature and with a shape that would recall the places in which they are built. After we tried to create a typically Nordic atmosphere, given by the colors, the lights and the people and animals that are not simple background but are protagonists in our pictures. We hope you like it! www.levelarchiviz.it121807121806121805121808
