.NL design studio was chosen to design and rehabilitation the proposal of Mosaic Mall in Erbil, 40m Street. The proposal covers these requirements : 1- Maintain the current building structure. 2- Provide a unique and high luxury design shopping center in Erbil. 3- Make the building represent a point of attraction in both day & night. 4- Provide an intimate, comfy and luxury interior atmospheres. 5- Provide fully equipped fast-food & cafes roof terrace which overlooking at the great view of Sami Abdul Rahman Park. Materials used in this proposal: 1-Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC). 2-Natural Stone. 3- Granite. 4-Curtain Wall. We are looking forwards to hear you thoughts and suggestions.
