Giant Bonsai

This is a Research & Design Image for an upcoming bio-fiction book I am writing and illustrating. The book is mainly about the eco systems of the far future of this planet. The scenery of the image is inspired by japanese and chinese landscapes and the giant tree has clear influences from traditional Bonsai trees. The scale of the tree allows it to house an entire eco system of its own, with gardens full of other trees, bushes, grass and animals at each of the main branches. Software Used: 3ds max 2022, Corona renderer, Forest Pack & Exlevel GrowFX. A few touch-ups in photoshop.
