Villa in UAE / Fujairah / Concept Design

Hello all creative people! I'm glad to be participating in this challenge. Since this challenge is a work and life balance, so I decided to design a concept design for a villa that I hope most creative people will like. The project consists of four zones: 1) landscape 2) office 3) living room 4) bedroom. Which can combine work, family, healthy lifestyle, insperation and recreation. I live in emirates, my choice to create concept design on the eastern part of the emirate of Fujairah. Because there is mountainous place and a good climate, far from the bustle of the city, and you do not need to spend time on the road, but on the contrary, this time can be devoted to the family, and during working hours to complete the task and work on deadline. This was my concept idea for work and life balance. The project was made exactly for the challenge and by location. First of all i have took photo on the site, I began with a freehand sketch, and used for modeling and visualization: Archi Cad, 3d max, Vray, Forest Pack, and Photoshop. Architecture - landscaping and pergolos is made by my design, and part of the 3d model is taken from evermotion, Maxtree, 3dsky and another stocks.
